First Step: Attend ECNS Registration Night the First Tuesday of March
Registration begins the first Tuesday of March every year. If you are new to ECNS we host an Open House that evening from 6:30 – 7:30 pm on site. The first step to registering your child with ECNS is to fill out the Registration Form during Open House and submit your (non-refundable) $50 registration fee. Checks can be made out to ECNS and mailed to the ECNS Registrar at P.O Box 181, Eureka, IL 61530 or you can pay online at https://www.paypal.me/ECNSPreschool/52. Registration forms will be processed in the order they are received from March 1st until April 1st.
If space is limited, you will be notified by the Registrar if you child is on the waitlist for the upcoming school year. All children who have submitted both their registration form and fee will be notified of class placement by May 15th. If no space is available at ECNS for your child, your registration fee will be returned.

Second Step: Attend Parent Orientation & Submit Required Documents
ECNS will conduct a parent/guardian orientation the end of August and before the start of school. At this orientation parents/guardians will turn in/complete necessary forms, hear teacher presentations, and parents/guardians may visit their child’s room. Orientation should take about an hour. This event is informational for parents/guardians only – childcare will not be provided.
Your child cannot attend ECNS until all forms have been submitted and reviewed. Each child must submit the following documents on or before parent orientation:
Up-to-date immunization records
TB and lead screening results
A Recent Physical - Valid for 2 years of preschool attendance & must be dated within 1 calendar year before the first day of school
Certified Birth Certificate (to be copied during Parent Orientation)
Student Information Form
Pick-Up Permission Slip
Review the ECNS Handbook
Third Step: Submit First Payment & School Supply Fee
Your child's first month of tuition ($90 or $115) and a one-time school supply fee ($50) are both due one month prior to the start of school. Checks can be made out to ECNS and mailed to the Administrative Assistant at ECNS, P.O. Box 181, Eureka, IL 61530. Please make sure to indicate the name of your child on the check. You can also pay online via PayPal. ECNS will invoice all parents via email to remind them of this first payment and provide the PayPal link. Once your child begins school, payments can be dropped off at the ECNS drop box. The new school year begins the Tuesday following Labor Day every year. Get ready for an exciting school year ahead with your child!
In preparation for the school year, the teachers will host a "Meet the Teacher" night, giving your student a chance to get familiar with their new learning environment. Details will be sent to you in August!
